1. Pre-Orders & Shipping Timeline

Our Starter Kits are available as pre-orders and will begin shipping on May 8th, 2024. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge this shipping timeline and agree to wait until the designated shipment date.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at checkout. Your order will be reserved and fulfilled upon successful payment. No production or R&D services will begin until full payment or an approved payment plan has been received.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the limited-batch and pre-order nature of our products, all sales are final once your order is processed.

You may request a refund within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your pre-order is locked in and cannot be canceled or refunded.
